Royal Crescent
The Royal Crescent is a famous row of 30 terraced houses located in Bath, England. Built between 1767 and 1774, it is a prime example of Georgian architecture and is designed in a sweeping crescent shape. The buildings are made of local honey-colored limestone, giving them a distinctive appearance.
Today, the Royal Crescent is a popular tourist attraction and a symbol of the city's rich history. The crescent features a large lawn in front, which is often used for picnics and events. One of the houses, number 1, is now a museum showcasing life in the 18th century.
