Romanian Language
The Romanian language is a Romance language primarily spoken in Romania and Moldova. It evolved from Latin, influenced by various languages such as Hungarian, Slavic languages, and Greek. With around 24 million speakers, it is the only Romance language in Eastern Europe.
Romanian uses the Latin alphabet and has a rich vocabulary that includes many words of Latin origin. The language has several dialects, with the standard form based on the Muntenian dialect. Romanian is also recognized as a minority language in several countries, including Ukraine and Serbia.
