Rock Pipit
The Rock Pipit is a small, slender bird commonly found along coastal areas in Europe and parts of Asia. It has a streaked brown and grey plumage, which helps it blend into rocky environments. This bird is known for its distinctive, short tail and a slightly curved bill, which it uses to forage for insects and small invertebrates.
Rock Pipits are often seen hopping around rocky shorelines and beaches, where they search for food among the pebbles and seaweed. They are closely related to the Meadow Pipit and can be identified by their more robust build and preference for coastal habitats.
