Robonaut
Robonaut is a humanoid robot developed by NASA to assist astronauts in space missions. Designed to work alongside humans, it can perform tasks that are dangerous or difficult for people, such as repairing equipment or conducting experiments in the harsh environment of space.
The first version, Robonaut 1, was introduced in 1997, and its successor, Robonaut 2, was launched to the International Space Station in 2011. Equipped with advanced sensors and dexterous hands, Robonaut can manipulate tools and interact with its surroundings, making it a valuable asset for future space exploration.
