Richard FitzAlan, 12th Earl of Arundel
Richard FitzAlan, 12th Earl of Arundel, was a prominent English nobleman born in 1346. He was the son of Richard FitzAlan, 11th Earl of Arundel and Eleanor of Lancaster. Richard played a significant role in the political landscape of England during the late 14th century, serving as a military leader and participating in various campaigns, including the Hundred Years' War.
He became the Earl of Arundel in 1376 after his father's death. Richard was known for his loyalty to the Lancastrian cause and was involved in the conflicts between the Lancaster and York factions. He died in 1397, leaving a legacy as a key figure in medieval English history.
