Rev. Moon
Rev. Sun Myung Moon was a South Korean religious leader and founder of the Unification Church, also known as the Moonies. Born on January 6, 1920, he claimed to have received a divine revelation in 1935, which led him to establish his church in 1954. His teachings emphasized the importance of family, world peace, and the idea of a "True Parent" to guide humanity.
Moon was also a businessman and political activist, known for his controversial views and practices. He organized mass weddings, known as Blessing Ceremonies, where thousands of couples were married simultaneously. Rev. Moon passed away on September 3, 2012, leaving behind a complex legacy.
