Red Kangaroo
The Red Kangaroo is the largest species of kangaroo, native to Australia. It can grow up to 8 feet long, including its tail, and weigh over 200 pounds. These marsupials are well-adapted to the arid Australian environment, using their powerful hind legs to travel long distances in search of food and water.
Red kangaroos have a distinctive reddish-brown fur, which helps them blend into their surroundings. They are herbivores, primarily feeding on grasses and leaves. Social animals, they often live in groups called mobs, which provide protection against predators like the Dingo and Eagle.
