Rancho (Ranch)
A ranch, or rancho in Spanish, is a large area of land used primarily for raising livestock, such as cattle, sheep, or horses. Ranches often include facilities for animal care, such as barns and corrals, and may also grow crops to feed the animals. They are commonly found in rural areas and can vary in size from small family-owned operations to vast commercial enterprises.
Ranching is an important part of agriculture and contributes to the economy by providing meat, dairy, and other animal products. In addition to livestock, some ranches may offer recreational activities like hunting, fishing, or horseback riding, attracting visitors and promoting tourism in the region.
