Rabbi Yehuda Leib HaLevi Ashlag
Rabbi Yehuda Leib HaLevi Ashlag, also known as the Baal HaSulam, was a prominent Jewish mystic and Kabbalist born in 1885 in Poland. He is best known for his commentaries on the Zohar and for his work on the Kabbalah, which seeks to explain the nature of God and the universe. His writings emphasize the importance of spiritual growth and the interconnectedness of all souls.
In addition to his teachings, Rabbi Ashlag founded the Kabbalah Research Institute in Israel, where he aimed to make Kabbalistic wisdom accessible to a broader audience. He passed away in 1954, leaving a lasting impact on the study of Kabbalah and spiritual philosophy.
