Quiverfull
The Quiverfull movement is a Christian belief system that encourages large families as a way to fulfill God's command to "be fruitful and multiply." Followers often reject birth control and embrace natural family planning, viewing children as blessings and gifts from God. The name "Quiverfull" comes from a verse in the Bible, Psalm 127:3-5, which compares children to arrows in a quiver.
Quiverfull families typically adhere to traditional gender roles, with the father as the primary breadwinner and the mother as the homemaker. This movement is often associated with Christian fundamentalism and has gained attention through various media, including books and documentaries.
