Queen Anne-Marie of Greece
Queen Anne-Marie of Greece is a former queen consort, born on December 30, 1946, in Copenhagen, Denmark. She is the daughter of King Frederick IX of Denmark and Queen Ingrid. Anne-Marie married King Constantine II of Greece in 1964, becoming queen when he ascended the throne.
The couple had five children: Princess Alexia, Crown Prince Pavlos, Prince Nikolaos, Princess Theodora, and Prince Philippos. After the abolition of the Greek monarchy in 1973, they lived in exile, primarily in London. Anne-Marie is known for her charitable work and dedication to various humanitarian causes.
