Qolsharif Mosque
The Qolsharif Mosque is a prominent mosque located in Kazan, the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan in Russia. It is named after the legendary Tatar imam Qolsharif, who is said to have died defending the city during the siege by Ivan the Terrible in 1552.
