Pushkar Lake
Pushkar Lake is a sacred water body located in the town of Pushkar, Rajasthan, India. It is surrounded by 52 ghats, or steps, where pilgrims and tourists come to bathe and perform rituals. The lake is believed to have been created by the tears of Lord Shiva, making it an important pilgrimage site for Hindus.
The lake is also famous for its annual Pushkar Camel Fair, which attracts thousands of visitors. The surrounding area features numerous temples, including the Brahma Temple, one of the few dedicated to Lord Brahma in the world. Pushkar Lake is a serene spot for reflection and spiritual practices.
