Princess Louise of Wales
Princess Louise of Wales was born on March 18, 1848, as the fourth daughter of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. She became the Duchess of Argyll upon her marriage to John Campbell, the 9th Duke of Argyll, in 1871. Louise was known for her artistic talents, particularly in sculpture and painting.
Throughout her life, Princess Louise was involved in various charitable activities and supported the arts. She was also a strong advocate for women's education and played a significant role in promoting the importance of art and culture in society. Louise passed away on December 3, 1939.
