Princess Cecilie of Baden
Princess Cecilie of Baden was born on September 28, 1886, in Karlsruhe, Germany. She was a member of the Grand Ducal Family of Baden and the daughter of Grand Duke Friedrich I of Baden and Princess Louise of Prussia. Cecilie became known for her beauty and grace, and she was involved in various charitable activities throughout her life.
In 1904, Princess Cecilie married Prince Wilhelm of Prussia, the son of Crown Prince Friedrich Wilhelm. The couple had six children and lived in Germany during a time of significant political change. Cecilie’s life was marked by the challenges of World War I and the subsequent fall of the German monarchy. She passed away on November 6, 1954.
