Princess Alice of the United Kingdom
Princess Alice of the United Kingdom was born on April 25, 1843, as the second daughter of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. She was known for her intelligence and compassion, often engaging in charitable work and supporting various social causes throughout her life.
In 1862, Alice married Louis IV, Grand Duke of Hesse, and they had seven children together. She became Grand Duchess of Hesse and worked to improve the welfare of her subjects. Alice was also known for her close relationship with her mother, Queen Victoria, and her dedication to family values. She passed away on December 14, 1878.
