Prince William of Prussia
Prince William of Prussia, born on March 27, 1797, was a member of the House of Hohenzollern. He served as a military leader and played a significant role in the unification of Germany. His leadership during the Austro-Prussian War in 1866 and the Franco-Prussian War in 1870-71 helped establish the German Empire.
As the second son of King Frederick William III of Prussia, William held various titles, including Duke of Saxe-Weimar-Eisenach. He became known for his dedication to military service and his contributions to the Prussian state, eventually becoming the first German Emperor in 1871.
