Prince Leopold, Duke of Albany
Prince Leopold, Duke of Albany was born on April 7, 1853, in London, England. He was the youngest son of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. Leopold was known for his intelligence and artistic talents, particularly in music and painting. He became the Duke of Albany in 1881 after the death of his father.
Leopold suffered from hemophilia, a genetic disorder that affects blood clotting. Despite his health challenges, he served in the British Army and held various public roles. He married Princess Helena of Waldeck and Pyrmont in 1882 and had two children. Leopold passed away on March 28, 1884, at the age of 30.
