Primula vulgaris
Primula vulgaris, commonly known as the common primrose, is a perennial flowering plant native to Europe and parts of Asia. It typically grows in moist, shaded areas and features rosettes of dark green leaves. The flowers are usually pale yellow, but they can also be found in shades of purple, pink, and white.
This plant blooms in early spring, making it one of the first flowers to appear after winter. Primula vulgaris is often used in gardens for ornamental purposes and is also valued for its medicinal properties in traditional herbal remedies.
