Prime Minister of Armenia
The Prime Minister of Armenia is the head of government in the Republic of Armenia. This position is responsible for overseeing the executive branch, implementing laws, and managing the country's administration. The Prime Minister is appointed by the President of Armenia and must have the confidence of the National Assembly.
The Prime Minister plays a crucial role in shaping domestic and foreign policy, as well as addressing economic and social issues. The current Prime Minister is Nikol Pashinyan, who has been in office since May 2018, following a peaceful revolution that aimed to promote democracy and reform in the country.
