Primate
Primates are a diverse group of mammals that include humans, monkeys, apes, and lemurs. They are characterized by their flexible limbs, large brains, and forward-facing eyes, which provide excellent depth perception. Primates are typically social animals, living in groups and exhibiting complex behaviors.
This order of mammals is divided into two main suborders: Strepsirrhini, which includes lemurs and lorises, and Haplorhini, which includes tarsiers, monkeys, and apes. Primates are primarily found in tropical and subtropical regions, although some species have adapted to various environments around the world.
