President of Delaware
Delaware does not have a position titled "President of Delaware." Instead, the state is governed by a Governor, who is the chief executive officer. The Governor is responsible for implementing state laws and overseeing the executive branch of the state government.
The current Governor of Delaware is a member of the Democratic Party and is elected to a four-year term. The Governor works alongside the Delaware General Assembly, which consists of the State Senate and the House of Representatives, to create and pass state legislation.
