Pre-established Harmony
Pre-established Harmony is a philosophical concept introduced by the philosopher Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz. It suggests that the universe operates in a perfectly coordinated manner, where every event in the physical world corresponds to a mental event. This means that the mind and body do not interact directly but are synchronized by a divine plan.
According to this theory, God created both the physical and mental realms in such a way that they align perfectly. As a result, every action or thought occurs in harmony, even though they do not influence each other directly. This idea challenges traditional notions of causality and interaction.
