Pope Celestine IV
Pope Celestine IV was the head of the Roman Catholic Church for a brief period in 1241. He was born as Goffredo Castiglioni and became pope after a long and contentious election. His papacy lasted only 17 days, making it one of the shortest in history.
During his short time as pope, Celestine IV faced significant challenges, including political conflicts in Italy and issues with the Holy Roman Empire. Unfortunately, he died before he could implement any major reforms or policies, leaving a limited legacy in the church's history.
