Plow Pose
Plow Pose, or Halasana, is a yoga posture that involves lying on your back and lifting your legs over your head, bringing your toes to the ground behind you. This pose stretches the spine, shoulders, and hamstrings while promoting relaxation and calming the mind. It is often practiced at the end of a yoga session to help release tension.
To enter Plow Pose, start by lying flat on your back with your arms at your sides. Engage your core, lift your legs towards the ceiling, and then slowly lower them over your head. Keep your neck relaxed and avoid turning your head to prevent strain. Hold the position for several breaths before gently returning to the starting position.
