Peruvian Air Force
The Peruvian Air Force (Fuerza Aérea del Perú, FAP) is the aerial warfare branch of the Peruvian Armed Forces. Established in 1929, it is responsible for defending the airspace of Peru and supporting ground and naval operations. The FAP operates a variety of aircraft, including fighter jets, transport planes, and helicopters.
In addition to its defense role, the Peruvian Air Force also engages in humanitarian missions, disaster relief, and search and rescue operations. The FAP collaborates with other military branches and international partners to enhance regional security and respond to emergencies effectively.
