Perisphere
The Perisphere was a large, dome-shaped structure built for the 1939 New York World's Fair. It served as a central attraction, symbolizing the theme of "The World of Tomorrow." Inside, visitors experienced futuristic exhibits showcasing advancements in technology and urban planning.
Adjacent to the Perisphere was the Trylon, a tall, triangular tower that complemented its design. Together, they created an iconic skyline for the fair, representing optimism and innovation during a challenging time in history. The Perisphere has since become a symbol of the fair's vision for a better future.
