Perennial Vines
Perennial vines are climbing plants that live for more than two years, often returning each spring. They can add beauty and greenery to gardens, trellises, and fences. Common examples include wisteria, clematis, and honeysuckle. These vines can provide shade, attract wildlife, and enhance the landscape.
Unlike annual vines, which complete their life cycle in one season, perennial vines grow back year after year. They can be deciduous, losing their leaves in winter, or evergreen, retaining foliage throughout the year. Proper care, including pruning and support structures, helps them thrive in various climates.
