Pennsylvania House of Representatives
The Pennsylvania House of Representatives is the lower chamber of the Pennsylvania General Assembly, which is the state legislature of Pennsylvania. It consists of 203 members who are elected to two-year terms. The House is responsible for proposing and voting on state laws, as well as representing the interests of their constituents.
Members of the House are organized into various committees that focus on specific areas, such as education, health, and transportation. The House works alongside the Pennsylvania Senate, the upper chamber, to create and pass legislation that affects the entire state.
