Peneda-Gerês National Park
Peneda-Gerês National Park is located in northern Portugal and is the country's only national park. Established in 1971, it covers an area of approximately 703 square kilometers, featuring diverse landscapes, including mountains, forests, and rivers. The park is home to a variety of wildlife, including species such as the Iberian wolf and the golden eagle.
