Pavel Latushka
Pavel Latushka is a Belarusian politician and former diplomat. He served as the Minister of Culture of Belarus from 2012 to 2014 and later became the Ambassador to France. Latushka is known for his opposition to the government of Alexander Lukashenko, particularly during the political unrest in Belarus following the 2020 presidential elections.
In 2020, Latushka joined the Coordinating Council, a group formed to facilitate a peaceful transition of power in Belarus.
