Panzer III
The Panzer III was a German medium tank used during World War II. Designed in the 1930s, it was initially intended for engaging enemy tanks. The vehicle featured a 37mm gun, which was later upgraded to a 50mm gun to improve its combat effectiveness against heavier armor.
As the war progressed, the Panzer III underwent several modifications, including improved armor and firepower. It played a significant role in early battles, such as the Battle of France and the North African Campaign, before being gradually replaced by more advanced tanks like the Panzer IV and the Tiger I.
