Palm Jebel Ali
Palm Jebel Ali is an artificial island located off the coast of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is part of the larger Palm Islands project, designed to resemble a palm tree when viewed from above. The island was initially planned to feature residential, commercial, and recreational areas, along with luxury hotels and marinas.
Construction of Palm Jebel Ali began in 2002 but was halted in 2008 due to the global financial crisis. Although the island remains largely undeveloped, it is still recognized as an ambitious engineering project and a symbol of Dubai's innovative approach to urban development.
