Orgone
Orgone is a term coined by psychologist Wilhelm Reich in the 1930s, referring to a universal life energy that he believed permeates all living things. Reich theorized that this energy could influence physical and mental health, and he developed devices called orgone accumulators to harness and concentrate this energy for therapeutic purposes.
Despite its popularity in some alternative health circles, orgone lacks scientific validation and is often considered a pseudoscience. Critics argue that there is no empirical evidence supporting the existence of orgone or its effects on health, leading to skepticism within the broader scientific community.
