Nurse Sharks
Nurse sharks are a species of shark known for their distinctive appearance and behavior. They have a stout body, a broad head, and two dorsal fins located far back on their bodies. Typically found in warm, shallow waters, they often rest on the ocean floor during the day and are mostly active at night, feeding on a diet of fish, crustaceans, and mollusks.
These sharks are generally docile and pose little threat to humans. They can grow up to 14 feet long and are often seen in groups. Nurse sharks are commonly found in the Caribbean Sea and around Florida, making them a popular sight for divers and snorkelers.
