North Carolina Court of Appeals
The North Carolina Court of Appeals is the intermediate appellate court in the state of North Carolina. It reviews decisions made by lower courts, including superior courts and district courts, to ensure that the law was applied correctly. The court consists of 15 judges who hear cases in panels of three.
