Non-Duality
Non-duality is a philosophical concept that suggests there is no fundamental separation between the self and the universe. It posits that all things are interconnected and that the perception of duality—such as subject and object, or self and other—is an illusion. This idea is often explored in various spiritual traditions, including Advaita Vedanta and Buddhism.
In non-dual awareness, individuals may experience a sense of unity with everything around them, leading to a deeper understanding of existence. This perspective encourages the dissolution of ego and the recognition that distinctions we make are often arbitrary, promoting a more harmonious way of living.
