Nizami Ganjavi
Nizami Ganjavi was a 12th-century Persian poet from Ganja, in present-day Azerbaijan. He is best known for his narrative poems, particularly the five epic works collectively called the Khamsa, which includes famous stories like Layla and Majnun and Khosrow and Shirin. His poetry is celebrated for its rich imagery and deep philosophical themes.
