A Ninot is a large, colorful figure made of materials like wood, cardboard, and paper-mâché, traditionally created for the annual festival of Las Fallas in Valencia, Spain. These artistic sculptures often depict satirical scenes or caricatures of famous people, political figures, or social issues, showcasing the creativity and craftsmanship of local artists.
During the festival, the Ninots are displayed throughout the city, attracting thousands of visitors. At the end of the celebration, all but one Ninot are burned in a grand ceremony, symbolizing the arrival of spring and the cleansing of the old.
