Nick Clegg is a British politician who served as the Deputy Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 2010 to 2015. He is a member of the Liberal Democrats party and was the party leader from 2007 to 2015. Clegg was born on December 7, 1967, in Chalfont St Peter, England, and studied at Cambridge University. Clegg was elected as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Sheffield Hallam in 2005. During his time in office, he played a key role in the coalition government formed with the Conservative Party after the 2010 general election. After leaving politics, he became the Vice President of Global Affairs at Facebook in 2018.
