New Zealand Cricket
New Zealand Cricket is the governing body for the sport of cricket in New Zealand. Established in 1894, it oversees all aspects of the game, including domestic competitions and the national teams. The organization is responsible for promoting cricket at all levels, from grassroots to professional.
The national team, known as the Black Caps, competes in international matches and tournaments, including the ICC Cricket World Cup. New Zealand Cricket also manages the domestic leagues, such as the Super Smash and the Plunket Shield, which help develop local talent and foster a love for the game across the country.
