Neidan
Neidan, or "internal alchemy," is a practice rooted in Chinese philosophy and spirituality. It focuses on transforming the practitioner's inner self to achieve spiritual enlightenment and immortality. This process involves meditation, breath control, and visualization techniques aimed at refining one's vital energy, or Qi.
The goal of Neidan is to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit, leading to a deeper understanding of the universe and one's place within it. Practitioners often seek to cultivate virtues and attain a state of balance, drawing from concepts found in Taoism and traditional Chinese medicine.
