Negev Desert
The Negev Desert is a large desert region located in southern Israel, covering more than half of the country's land area. It features a variety of landscapes, including mountains, valleys, and unique rock formations. The climate is arid, with hot summers and mild winters, receiving very little rainfall throughout the year.
Despite its harsh conditions, the Negev is home to diverse flora and fauna, adapted to survive in the desert environment. The region also hosts several communities, including the Bedouins, who have lived there for centuries, maintaining their traditional lifestyles while also engaging with modern society.
