Neck Stretch
The Neck Stretch is a simple exercise designed to relieve tension and improve flexibility in the neck muscles. It involves gently tilting the head to one side, holding the position for a few seconds, and then repeating on the other side. This stretch can help alleviate discomfort caused by poor posture or prolonged sitting.
To perform the Neck Stretch, sit or stand comfortably with your back straight. Slowly tilt your head toward one shoulder, feeling a gentle pull on the opposite side of your neck. Hold for 15-30 seconds, then switch sides. Regular practice can enhance neck mobility and reduce stiffness.
