National Symbols of Lithuania
The national symbols of Lithuania reflect the country's rich history and cultural heritage. One of the most recognized symbols is the Vytis, also known as the Knight, which represents bravery and the fight for freedom. The national flag, featuring horizontal stripes of yellow, green, and red, symbolizes the sun, the land, and the blood of those who fought for independence.
Another important symbol is the national anthem, "Tautiška giesmė," which expresses the unity and pride of the Lithuanian people. The national flower, the Rue, is also significant, often associated with protection and resilience. These symbols collectively embody the spirit of Lithuania.
