National Federation of Temple Youth
The National Federation of Temple Youth (NFTY) is a national organization that serves as the youth movement of the Reform Judaism community in the United States. Founded in 1939, NFTY aims to engage Jewish teens in meaningful experiences that promote personal growth, leadership development, and a strong connection to Jewish traditions and values.
NFTY organizes various programs, including regional events, social action initiatives, and leadership training opportunities. Through these activities, participants can build friendships, explore their Jewish identity, and contribute to their communities, fostering a sense of belonging and purpose among young Jews.
