National Achievement Survey
The National Achievement Survey (NAS) is a large-scale assessment conducted in India to evaluate the learning outcomes of students in various subjects. It aims to measure the academic performance of students in grades 3, 5, and 8 across different states and union territories. The survey helps identify gaps in learning and informs educational policies.
The NAS is organized by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) and is conducted periodically. It provides valuable data on student performance, which can be used to improve teaching methods and enhance the overall quality of education in the country.
