NGC 1094
NGC 1094 is a barred spiral galaxy located in the constellation Eridanus. It is approximately 60 million light-years away from Earth and is part of a group of galaxies known as the Eridanus Group.
Discovered by the astronomer John Herschel in 1834, NGC 1094 has a bright core and distinct spiral arms. Its structure and composition make it an interesting subject for astronomers studying galaxy formation and evolution.
