NATO Ranks
NATO ranks are a standardized system used by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization to classify military personnel across member countries. The ranks are divided into two main categories: Officer ranks and Enlisted ranks. Officer ranks typically start from Second Lieutenant and go up to General, while Enlisted ranks range from Private to Sergeant Major.
Each NATO member country may have its own specific titles and insignia, but they align with the NATO rank codes for interoperability. This system ensures that military forces from different nations can work together effectively during joint operations and exercises.
