Mount St. Elias
Mount St. Elias is a prominent mountain located in the Saint Elias Mountains on the border between Alaska and Yukon, Canada. It stands at 18,008 feet (5,489 meters), making it the second-highest peak in the United States and the highest in the Yukon. The first successful ascent of Mount St. Elias was achieved in 1897 by a team led by William H. Murray.
